Easily Connect Your Social Media Profiles to Your Site

The first feature we're proud to introduce is the User Social Profile management feature. It makes it easy for you to connect your social media profiles to your WordPress user accounts – with just a few clicks.

One reason we’re happy to announce this feature is that it’s one of the most-requested features by many of our users.

To access this new feature, head over to your WordPress dashboard and click on Users >> Profile. This will take you to the User Profile page.

You can then fill in the social media profiles you want associated with that user. For example, you can easily connect your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other social media account to your user profile.

Once you’re done, click Save.

This will result in your social media profiles being added to your site’s schema. Schema is a code that helps search engines understand your site better. Adding your social profiles has many advantages including boosting your:

• Google E-A-T score: Expertise, authority, and trustworthiness (E-A-T) is a score Google uses to rate the quality of content on your site. Trustworthiness is an important element in getting a good E-A-T score. Connecting social profiles to your content improves the trust factor.
• Entity SEO: Entity SEO involves search engines using related data about an entity (person, business, or object) to build a better profile. This helps them serve relevant answers to queries related to said entity.

In short, this helps boost discoverability and results in more traffic to your site.
